3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information for money. We may share information with:
- Service providers that operate our business — for example payment processors, shipping carriers, our email/marketing platform (Klaviyo), and analytics providers (Google Analytics).
- Advertising and analytics partners through cookies and similar technologies. Under some state laws (including California), this use of cookies for cross-context behavioral advertising may be considered “sharing” or a “sale,” even though no money is exchanged. You can opt out — see Sections 5 and 7.

We use appropriate technical and organizational safeguards, including SSL/TLS encryption in transit, PCI-compliant payment processing, encryption of stored data, access controls, and monitoring. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and cart, analyze traffic and usage, personalize your experience, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings and through our cookie banner where available; disabling some cookies may affect Website functionality. We honor browser-based opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out of sharing/sale of personal information for the browser sending the signal.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy — for example, to fulfill your order, maintain your account, and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations. Order and transaction records are generally retained for up to seven (7) years. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.
