Are these products safe for human use?

No. All products sold by Aurevena Research are intended strictly for in-vitro research and laboratory use by qualified professionals. They are not intended for human or veterinary administration and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety or efficacy in humans. By purchasing, you confirm that you are a qualified researcher purchasing solely for in vitro laboratory research.

What does “lyophilized” mean, and how should I store the compound?

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder is the most stable form for shipping and long-term storage of peptides. Store unreconstituted vials at −20°C, sealed and protected from light.

How do I verify the purity of my order?

Every Aurevena product ships with a lot-specific Certificate of Analysis from an independent third-party laboratory. You can download the COA directly from the product page or from our COA library, searchable by lot number. If you have trouble locating your COA, contact our support team with your order number, and we’ll provide it directly.

What third-party lab do you use for testing?

We use accredited analytical laboratories that test via HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography) for purity percentage and mass spectrometry for molecular identity confirmation. The testing lab name and accreditation details are listed on each Certificate of Analysis.

What shipping options are available?

We offer standard and expedited shipping within the continental United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days; orders placed before 1:00 PM ET on weekdays may ship the same day. 

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship within the continental United States only. Contact hello@aurevenaresearch.com to inquire about your country’s status.

What is your replacement policy?

Every order is covered by our damage protection policy. If your product arrives damaged, degraded, or incorrectly fulfilled, contact our team within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the packaging. We will arrange a one-time replacement. We cannot accept returns on opened products.

By completing a purchase, the buyer confirms that they are purchasing exclusively for in vitro research purposes and not for human or veterinary use.
